At J3 Vedic Enterprises (J3 Astrology), we are committed to providing authentic spiritual products, Vedic astrology consultations, and trusted customer service. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed, personalized, energized, or shipped.

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • In applicable cases, shipping, handling, or payment gateway charges may be deducted.

  • In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

2. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

To request a return for eligible products:

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, without cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:

    • Damaged product during shipping

    • Missing item(s)

    • Incorrect product delivered

    • Tampered package

Without a valid unboxing video, shipping damage or missing item claims may not be accepted.

3. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Wrong product

  • Missing item

  • Shipping-related defect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Description of issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Rudraksha beads

  • Gemstones

  • Energized bracelets / spiritual bracelets

  • Yantras

  • Personalized spiritual items

  • Ritual-prepared sacred products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

These products are spiritually personalized, energized, purified, and prepared specifically in the customer's name using Vedic rituals and sacred processes, making them ineligible for return, exchange, or refund once dispatched.

5. Astrology Consultation / Appointment Refund Policy

For consultations, astrology guidance, reports, and appointment bookings:

  • Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, the payment is generally non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice, subject to availability.

  • If J3 Vedic Enterprises is unable to provide the booked consultation, customers may receive:

    • A rescheduled appointment, OR

    • Full refund (at our discretion)

Digital astrology reports, remedies, or personalized guidance once delivered are non-refundable.

6. Digital Astrology Courses Policy

For digital astrology courses, recorded programs, workshops, downloadable study materials, and educational content:

  • All digital course purchases are considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Since digital products are instantly accessible and downloadable in nature, cancellations or refunds are generally not permitted after purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of their device, internet access, and technical requirements before purchase.

  • Access sharing, unauthorized redistribution, resale, recording, or reproduction of course content is strictly prohibited.

  • J3 Vedic Enterprises reserves the right to suspend access in case of policy violation.

EMI Payment Option

  • Select astrology courses may be available with EMI / installment payment options through approved payment partners.

  • By choosing EMI, the customer agrees to the payment provider’s financing terms, charges, and repayment schedule.

  • J3 Vedic Enterprises is not responsible for third-party EMI provider fees, failed auto-debits, penalties, or financing disputes.

7. Monthly Membership / Subscription Policy

For monthly membership plans, premium communities, spiritual guidance subscriptions, or recurring astrology access:

  • Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Razorpay AutoPay / subscription billing.

  • By subscribing, customers authorize automatic recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only; already processed subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • Partial-month usage, unused benefits, or missed sessions will not qualify for prorated refunds unless specifically stated.

  • J3 Vedic Enterprises reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or structure with prior notice where applicable.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Payment gateway fees, shipping charges, or handling charges may be non-refundable where applicable
